She was predeceased by: her parents, James Robert Woodward and Annie Beatrice Cox Woodward; her husband George Costellow; her children, George Michael Costellow and Barbara Jean Costellow; and her grandson Jason Jenkins.
She is survived by: her sister Margaret Goodman; and her grandchildren, Jon Michael Costellow, Bardstown, Carol Hines and Russellville. She is also survived by Several Nieces and Nephews.
