He was predeceased by: his father Tee Alvis; his wife Susan Johns (McReynolds); and his siblings, Robert Johns, Alvis Johns, Nina Fay Belcher and Rosie George.
He is survived by: his children, Marsha Orndorff (John H.) of Adairville and Harold Mac Johns (Michelle) of Elkton; his grandchildren, John Orndorff (Ericka), Ellen Boortz (Seth), Addye Stokes (Ryan), Alex Johns (Kaci) and Claire Williamson (Chris); and his great grandchildren, Ann Elyse Boortz, Caroline Boortz, Zachary Boortz, Nash Stokes, Lainey Johns, Pate Williamson, Ivan Orndorff, Allyn Kate Johns, Jack Orndorff and Hal Williamson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family asks that donations be made to Hosparus or the the Russellville United Methodist Temple.
