He was predeceased by: his parents, John Morton and Clara Marie Chinn Evans; and his sister-in-law Carol Everly Evans. He is survived by: his wife Verna Ann Frank Evans of Russellville; his children, Jason Evans (Toni Lynn) of Russellville, Jonathan Evans (Rachel) of Russellville and Stephanie Beach (David) of Bowling Green; his brother John Morton Evans Jr. of Princeton; and his grandchildren, Bryce, Kilee, Kinslee, Blake Evans, Brayden, Chase Cropper, Layne Jump, Samantha, Alex and Anthony Beach.
