He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Thomas and Lena Catherine Thomas (Taylor); and his siblings, Larry Thomas, Alvin Thomas, Jerry Thomas, Donald Thomas, Elizabeth Thomas, Dorothy Coleman and Helen Hanson.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Thomas of Russellville, KY; his children, Gary Tonka of Shepherdsville, KY. and Tonya Poole (Terry) of Adairville, KY.; his siblings, Murrell Thomas (Gloria) of Russellville, KY, Shirley Thomas of Russellville, KY, Herbert Thomas (Lynne) of Auburn, KY, Wendell Thomas of Russellville, KY., Kathy Beasley (Bob) of Auburn, KY and Nancy Vick of Russellville, KY.; his grandchildren, Aaron Logan, Stacey Thomas, Joseph Jones and Dakota Thomas; and his great grandchildren, Case Logan and Colt Logan.
In Lieu of Flowers donations can be made to the St, Jude Children's Hospital or Shriners Hospital envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
