She was predeceased by: her parents, Jasper Phelps and Helen Phelps; her husband Kenneth Ray Lewis; and her siblings, Howard Phelps, Audley Tarrence, June Ring, Edith Renfro and Pat Billingsley.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Lewis (Rhonda) of Russellville and Leanna Bunting (Dennis) of Auburn; her sister Elaine Alfred (Rovie) of Morgantown; her grandchildren, Ashley Lewis, Annie Hensley, Heather Dockery, Jessica West, Cole Bunting, ReJeana Norris and D. J. Bunting; and her great grandchildren, Noah, Hensley, Brodie, Whitley, David, Addie, Rhett, Ryden, Brylinn, Sawyer, Josie and Walker.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Crittenden Drive Church of Christ (620 Crittenden Dr, Russellville, KY 42276). A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at the Maple Grove Cemetery (515 W 9th St, Russellville, KY 42276).
