With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elsie Rose Cox of Russellville, Kentucky, who passed away on November 15, 2022 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her siblings, Charles Hugh Cox, William Lloyd Cox and Addie Marie Bond; her nephew William Daniel Devine; and her niece Dorothy Ann Devine.

She is survived by: her sister Mary Pope (Russellville); her nephews, Wendell Cox (Shelly) and Pope (Jennifer); and her niece Denisa Powell (Mike).

Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
