She was predeceased by: her parents, Issac Henry and Jerusha Ann McIntosh (Moore); her husband Edward Morris Costelow; her sons, Darrell, Ricky and Jeff Costelow; and her siblings, Melvin, Vernon McIntosh, Dona Wood, Irene Christie, Mary Ann Stanley and Novella Stanley.
She is survived by: her grandsons, Steven Costelow of Russellville, Jason Costelow of Bowling Green, Patrick Costelow (Teresa) of Russellville, Timmy Costelow (Jessica) of Nashville and Matthew Costelow of Russellville; and her great grandchildren, Taylor Ashby, Kayla Anderson and Autumn Tisdale. She is also survived by three great great grandchildren.
