He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Epley and Marie Gibbs Epley; and his sisters, Sheila Kees and Sue Kaynelle Epley. He is survived by: his siblings, Lonny Epley and Sharon Davis. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
