She was predeceased by: her parents, James Robert and Mattie Floyd McDougal (Gant). She is survived by: her husband Terry "Mickey" Mullen; her children, Robert Kelly Mullen of Russellville, Laura Anne Evans (Calub) of Lewisburg and Mary Beth Mullen (Derrick Martin) of Scottsville; her siblings, James Gary McDougal of Russellville, Pamela Jo Heal of Lewisburg and Sherri Renee Wilson (Brian) of Paducah; her grandchildren, Jackson Martin, Brooke Martin, Keaton DeBerry, Bailee Martin, Alyssa Martin and Khloe Evans; her niece Patti Jo Wilson; and her nephew Joshua Dukes.
