He is survived by: his wife Shirley Shelton; his children, Charles William Shelton III of Russellville and April Dawn Shelton of Russellville; his brother Larry Shelton (Deborah) of Franklin; and his grandsons, William Roberto Landaverde and Cainan Anthony Shelton.
