He was predeceased by: his brother J. R. Sansom; and his grandson-in-law Tom Yates. He is survived by: his wife Lois Jean Sansom; his children, William Scott Sansom and Tracey Lynn Barker (Page); and his grandchildren, Beth Yates, Laura Barker and Lee Barker (Kelsey).
