He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Earl and Sue Ella McGinnis (Montgomery); his wife Brenda Sue McGinnis (White); and his siblings, Thomas Earl McGinnis, James "Ted" Tilden McGinnis, Marion McGinnis, David McGinnis, Frances Sanford, Ann Flowers, Lila Stratton and Beverly Davis.
He is survived by: his children, Chris McGinnis (Tiffany) of Russellville, Brendan McGinnis (Ashley) of Bowling Green and Heather McGinnis of Mabank; his sister Sherry Cain (Ray Lantz) of Louisville; and his grandchildren, Liam McGinnis, Graham McGinnis and Riley McGinnis.
The family has requested no flowers but to make donations to St. Jude Children's Hospital or the Agape Service Foundation.
