She was predeceased by: her parents, James Smith and Louise Mason Hollins; and her husband Elijah Wells. She is survived by: her son Anthony Wells; her siblings, Nancy Jackson (Clifford), Janie Hollins, Gerri Hollins, Tarnda Beard, Christine Hollins, Shirley Leonard (Ronald), Laverne Sanders (James), Charles Smith and Rev. Glen Hollins; and her great grandchild Host. She is also survived by 4 Grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held on 10/24/2020 at 11:00AM with limited capacity due to social distancing at Bank Street AME Church Russellville, KY.
