With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Barbara Jean Robertson of Russellville, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 8, 2024 at the age of 91. In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Barbara Jean had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Barbara Jean may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Grayson and Joan Wells Grayson; her husband David Robertson; and her brother Billy Joe Grayson. She is survived by: her children, Jean Dodson (Jim) of Russellville and Buster Wilson (Debbie) of Lewisburg; and her siblings, Patsy Wilson of Gordonsville and Danny Grayson of Olmstead. She is also survived by two grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Price Funeral Home, Inc. (252 E Green St, Lewisburg, KY 42256). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Pallbearers will be: Stan Bradford, Jaylen Overholt, Ricky Wright, Brandon Wilson, Justice Meek, Dale Haven, Joel Logsdon, Clay Bilyeu, In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Barbara's memory to a food bank of your choice.
