He is survived by: his fiancée Angie Rayburn; his daughters, Natasha Renee Phillips, Ashley Nicole Prichard, Kayla Dawn Phillips and Randa Cheyanne Phillips; his siblings, Michael Phillips, Charlie Phillips and Debbie Sanders; his grandchildren, Aiden Partin, Caydence Phillips, Sylas Phillips, Kendra Douglas, Ethan Douglas, Carter Marcum, Paxton Marcum, Xander Marcum, Brooklyn Vance, Haleigh Duncan and McKenna Duncan; and his stepchildren, Isabella Rayburn and Andrew Rayburn.
