She was predeceased by: her parents, Sylvester Francis and Clora Moore Francis; her husband Keith Scarbrough; her son Brian Keith Scarbrough; and her siblings, Norman Francis, Otis "Bud" Francis, Loretta Hobbs, Goldie Hodgens, Shirley Conley and Carma Jameson.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Shelby Bennett (Josh) of Owingsville, KY; her great grandchild Ava Bennett of Owingsville, KY; and her siblings, Garnet Francis McCaleb of Huntington, WV and Mike Francis (Jane) of Bowling Green. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
