She was predeceased by: her parents, William Keeton and Edna Short Keeton; and her siblings, Merle "Mick" Keeton, Vivian Barney, Rose Stevens, Janet Keen, Cheryl Young and Linda Womack.
She is survived by: her husband David R. Stephenson; her children, Brandon Stephenson of Russell, Kentucky and Tracey Keith of Russell, Kentucky; and her sister Brenda Crockett (Jack) of Flatwoods, Kentucky. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
