She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Barger and Lillian Davidson Barger; her husband Dr. William Curtis Foutch; and her siblings, Ray Barger and Louise Bowling.
She is survived by: her sons, David Foutch (Ann) and Daniel Foutch (Melissa); and her sisters, Josephine Davidson and Patricia Barger. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
