It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leslee Starr Maxberry of Russell, Kentucky, who passed away on January 10, 2025, at the age of 45, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Carl Reynolds and Marcella Stratton Reynolds; her husband Russell Maxberry Jr.; her children, Alexis McKee, Natasha McKee, Adriana Jackson, Richmond, Chauntel Jackson, Iznitia Maxberry, Brayden Maxberry, Kaine Maxberry and JaMez Brooks; her siblings, Rebecca Lathrem (Leonard) and Justin Luther Reynolds; her grandchildren, Xavier Allen, Jr. and Aniyah Searcy; her grandmother Barbara Mathis; and her father-in-law Russell Maxberry, Sr.. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Blackburn & Ward Funeral Home (161 Broadway St, Versailles, KY 40383). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
