It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathy Cook of Russell, Kentucky, who passed away on January 28, 2025, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Kathy departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Kathy may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Kathy leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Williams and Alice Kazee Williams. She is survived by: her son Brian Cook (Caitlin); her granddaughter Eleanor Cook; and her sisters, Patricia Comerford (James), Barbara Snoddy (Paul) and Penny Stamper (Barry).
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Bridges Christian Church (1402 Kenwood Dr, Russell, KY 41169).
