She was predeceased by: her spouse Russell Raymond Bauer; her father James Francis; her son James M. Bauer; her sisters, Helen Rita O'Connor and Patricia Marie Cooke; and her grandson Daniel J. Bauer.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia A. Bauer Palmer (Arthur), Mary M. Bauer, Philip C. Bauer (Karen), Charles R. Bauer (Julia), Eric A. Bauer (Laura Burdine), Martinsburg and Robert R. Bauer (Char); her daughters-in-law, Lois Bauer and Nancy Corey Bauer; and her siblings, Mary Jane Murphy, James F. Slowey (Donna) and Robert G. Slowey (Susan). She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren.
