Jeffrey Spencer Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 26, 2023, at the age of 53, Jeffrey Spencer of Russell, Kentucky, born in Ashland, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Phillip W. Spencer Jr. (Rebecca) of Greenup and Anne Biggs McCoy Harrison (Wayne) of Charlotte, NC; his wife Beth Brown Spencer; his daughter Lyda Beth Spencer of Cincinnati, OH; his sisters, Tracy Logan (Rodney) of Jacksonville, FL and Lisa Stevens (Mark) of Greenup; his parents-in-law, Michael A. and Susan Miracle Brown; his nephew Payne Logan; and his nieces, Riley Logan and Eleanor Stevens. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
