It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Jack Riggs of Russell, Kentucky, who passed away at the age of 91, on March 16, 2021. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Riggs and Stella Patterson Riggs; his wife Joyce Carman Riggs; his great grandchild Lauren Biederman; and his sisters, Ann Webb and Norma Mourer.
He is survived by: his children, James Riggs (Holly) and Janie Stiltner (C. D.). He is also survived by four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations are suggested to Community Hospice.
