He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Calhoun and Thelma Church Calhoun; his son Michael Calhoun; and his brothers, John Calhoun, Michael Ray Calhoun and Danny Wayne Calhoun.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Edwards Calhoun; his children, Douglas Calhoun (Meridith) and Christi Vincent (Eric); his grandchildren, Delaney Calhoun, Issac Calhoun, Zachary Vincent (Klarissa Newcomb), Conner Vincent (Jazzy Elkins), Jason Calhoun (Angie) and Eric Dadap-Wilson (Marisa); his great grandchildren, Canaan, Liam, Nolan, Issac, Tallen and Asa; his daughter-in-law Jeanne Calhoun; and his niece Donna Faye Calhoun.
In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to the First Baptist Church, Russell, Fix It Fund.
