David Michael Kersey Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Michael Kersey of Russell, Kentucky, born in Ashland, Kentucky, who passed away on December 16, 2021 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harlan Mays and Virginia Workman Mays; his siblings, Delores Kay Hogsten, Greg and Roger Kersey; and his uncle Bobby Kersey.
He is survived by: his wife Billie J. Kersey; his children, Kris Kersey Ramsey and David M. Kersey II; his grandchildren, Emma Ramsey, Olivia Ramsey, Jacob Kersey, Mason Kersey, Brooklyn Kersey, Louanne Kersey and Payton Kersey; and his siblings, Sue Lyons (Steve), Diana Hart and Jeff Kersey (Karen).
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations are made to Bridges Christian Church at 1402 Kenwood Dr. Russell, KY 41169 or to the Haiti Sunlight Mission and School in C/O Bridges Christian Church at the same address.
