He was predeceased by: his parents, James Chinn and Majorie McKenzie Chinn. He is survived by: his wife Georgina Gearheart Chinn; his children, Regina Chinn, Jeff Chinn (Teresa) and Brian Chinn (Katherine); his grandchildren, Hillary Simmons (Luke), Meredith Sparks (Luke) and Madison Chinn; and his great grandchild Parker Kate Sparks.
