She was predeceased by: her parents, Elbert Howell and Hattie Ison Howell; and her granddaughters, Whitney Ann and Ashley Nesselrotte. She is survived by: her sons, David Mullins (Candace) of Ashland, Nelson Mullins of Westwood, Bengie Mullins of Westwood and Matthew Frazier (Ashley) of Waverly; and her brothers, Gary Howell, Rondall Howell and Clyde Howell. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
