He is survived by: his sons, Darren O'Neal (Shae) of Flatwoods, KY and Tyler O'Neal (Devon) of Flatwoods, KY; his grandchild Gunner O'Neal; his sister Tracy Nelson (Joe) of Ashland, KY; his niece Shelby Nelson; his nephews, Levi Nelson (Courtney) and Sam Nelson; his great-niece Nova Nelson; and his pet Chunk.
