He was predeceased by: his parents, Lola Gibbs (Foley) and Otha Womack; his grandson Adam Dixon; and his great grandchild Ricky Simpson. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Womack (Bell) of Russell Springs, KY; and his daughter Debra Simpson of Russell Springs, KY.. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren.
