Wanda Thomas Obituary

We are sad to announce that on May 3, 2010, at the age of 74, Wanda Thomas of Russell Springs, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Rilda Ferry Cooper and Herschel Cooper; her husband Welby Thomas Jr.; her brother Elmo Cooper; and her granddaughter Brandi Nicole Roy.

She is survived by: her children, Kathie Conn (Hayden), Karen Hopper (Ronald) of Russell Springs, KY. and Kenton Thomas (Melinda) of Russell Springs, KY.; her siblings, Elizabeth Sloan of Russell Springs, KY. and Herschel Osborne Cooper of Lorton, VA.; and her grandchildren, Eric Roy, Matthew Hopper (Jessie), Jansen Hopper (Ibby), Jordan Thomas (Carolyn), Jacob Thomas (Amelia) and TIna Thomas.

A private graveside service and entombment was held in compliance with Kentucky COVID-19 pandemic policy with Bro. Carl Mac Thomas officiating.
