He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle Mary and Anna Mary; and his brother Lyle Russell, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Lynne; his children, Randy Russell (Donna) of Miamisburg and Tracey Rengering (Randy) of Maineville; his grandchildren, Samantha Houtchens and Bayly Russell; and his nephew Mike Russell of Middletown.
