He is survived by: his wife Janette Copley; his children, Dale Bernard of Russell Springs and Karen Bunch of Russell Springs; his siblings, Lynn Bernard (Donita) of Lexington, Larry Bernard of Nashville, Ricky Bernard of Jamestown, Phillip Bernard of Jamestown, Doris Birdwell of Jamestown, Janice Kerr (Ronnie) of Russell Springs, Betty Bernard of Jamestown and Sue Bell (Andy) of Jamestown; his grandchildren, Derek Bernard of Russell Springs, Jordan Godsey of Jamestown, Lucas Andrew of Lexington, Calvin Bernard of Russell Springs and Justin Bernard of Russell Springs; his great grandchildren, Paige Grimsley, Londyn Bernard, Kynzlee Bernard and Ashlee Grimsley; and his sister-in-law Deborah Bernard of Jamestown.
