She was predeceased by: her parents, Tina Tarter (Webb) and Jesse Tarter. She is survived by: her husband Norvel Kinder (Bud); and her children, Sherry Kuster and Steven (Pamela). She is also survived by 6 Grandchildren 12 Great Grandchildren.
