He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Vance and Alma Ruth Cooper Dutton. He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Lynn Johnson of Nicholasville; his grandchildren, Danny Allen Johnson, Christopher Vance Johnson, Amanda Renee Weston, Jonathan Otis Johnson and Hillary Elaine Johnson; and his friend Diane Haney of Russell Springs. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.
