It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Olbie Giftel Foley of Russell Springs, Kentucky, who passed away on August 17, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Loren Foley and Flossie Foley; his wife Annelies Egner Foley; his grandson Michael Paul Kershaw; his parents-in-law, Franz and Anna Egner; and his sister-in-law Irmingard Baierl.
He is survived by: his sisters, Gladys Rexroat, Elmoth "Alma" Tengelitsch, Olive Wilson, Helen VanMeter and Mary Jewell Tiller; his daughters, Theresa Smith, Lisa Coleman (Will) and Donna Foley; and his grandchildren, Jason Smith, Renee Daffron (Wade), Jennifer Stephens (John) and Joshua Kershaw (Katina).
