He is survived by: his son Johnnie Douglas of Liberty; his stepson Junior Pennington (Virginia) of Columbia; and his siblings, Bobby Douglas of Liberty, Russell Douglas of Liberty and Mary Lou Pittman of Liberty. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
