With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Merlene Rexroat of Russell Springs, Kentucky, born in Jabez, Kentucky, who passed away on October 31, 2021 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eula Hoover (Wiggington) and Charlie Hoover; her husband Rondal Rexroat; her brothers, Oscar, Denzil and Dewayne Hoover; and her half-sisters, Alice Abbott and Hattie Edwards.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Lafavers of Russell Springs, KY, Charles Fred Rexroat of Russell Springs, KY, Ozandal Rexroat of Georgetown, KY, Randy Rexroat of Columbia, KY and David Rexroat of Jamestown; and her sister Glenna Stiff of Russell Springs, KY.. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 3 step great grandchildren as well as a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
