She was predeceased by: her son David Walker; and her grandchildren, Alex Van Valkenburgh Walker and Claire Duncan. She is survived by: her parents, Helena Walker and Joseph Walker; her husband Everett Scully; her children, Katherine Duncan (Scott) of Russell Springs, William Cleveland of Lima, Willard Cleveland of Mt. Cobb, Allison Shannon of Amsterdam, Michael Scully of Russell Springs and Angela Thomas of Somerset, Kentucky.; and her grandchildren, Connor, Cheyenne, Chloe, Cielo, Carly, Eva Rose, Winter (Toshi), Dominic, Gaige and Destiny. She is also survived by several brothers and sisters; many nieces and nephews and extended family.
