He was predeceased by: his siblings, Jeanetta Burns, Jim Snow, Yvonne Morris, Faye Scrivner, Maxine Bruner and Karen Isbell; and his great grandchild Zion Stephens.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his children, Debra Jo Stephens (Randall Finn) of Covington, Georgia, Steve Ethridge Snow of Russell Springs and Kimberly Lou Rosson (Gary Lawless) of Hurst, Texas; his grandchildren, Joshua Stephens, Amanda Stephens (Ron Calvert) and Mark Isaac Winfrey; his great grandchildren, Corbin, Jasper, Kayliah, Ethan, Kyle and Christopher; his great great grandchild Moana; his brother-in-law Danny Isbell; his sons-in-law, Mark Winfrey and Robert Wayne Stephens; and his granddaughter-in-law Sarah Stephens.
