She is survived by: her sons, Gary Stephens of Russell Springs and Jeff Stephens, Sr. (Rhonda) of Dunnville; her sister Modene Brockman (Dorman) of Dayton, Ohio; her grandchildren, Jeffrey Stephens, Jr., Whitley Stephens, Hannah McDaniel, Lorie Hale, Tiffany Stephens, Shawn Parton and Nathan Parton; and her great grandchildren, Ethan Stephens, Olivia McDaniel, Jordan McDaniel, Christopher McDaniel, Dakota McDaniel, Madison Hale and Mason Hale.
