She was predeceased by: her parents, Nellie Mann (Garner) and Cameron Mann; her son-in-law David Bailey; and her siblings, Edward, Ernest Mann, Liz, Jewell Mann and Mary Lee.
She is survived by: her daughters, Diane Bailey of Jamestown, KY and Debbie Powell (Calvin) of Russell Springs, KY; her siblings, Ruth Bledsoe of Jamestown, KY and Robert Mann (Linda) of Russell Springs, KY.; her grandchildren, Denisha Rawlings (Chris), Josh Powell and Melanie Walton (Ryan); and her great grandchildren, Ellis, Nella, Phoebe Walton, Mackenna, Norah and Cian Powell.
