She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee, Jr. Moffett and Mary Cates Moffett; and her sister Nancy Ping Bradley. She is survived by: her son Matthew Loy; her husband Charles Loy; her daughter-in-law Teresa Loy of Russell Springs; her granddaughters, Grace Loy of Russell Springs and Morgan Loy of Russell Springs; her brothers, Walt Moffett and Selbert Moffett; and her close friend Rhonda Pike. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
