He was predeceased by: his parents, Heron Gillock and Olivine Gillock. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Gillock of Russell Springs, KY; his daughter Angela Renee Glover of Russell Springs, KY.; and his grandchildren, Kristen Snyder, Sarah Ogle, Heather Hunter, Shawn Gillock and Justin Gillock.
He helped with the ABC Foundation, Catch A Rainbow Fishing Derby, and he was instrumental in the upgrades to Hatchery Creek at Wolf Creek Dam.
