She is survived by: her husband David Hale of Russell Springs, KY; her son John David Hale (Loretta) of Russell Springs, KY.; her grandchildren, Brittany Kaylene Hale Fox (Kody) and Bradley David Carl Hale; and her great grandchildren, Wyatt Fox, Wren Fox and Wilder Fox. She is also survived by nieces and nephews as well as the many friends.
