It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kevin Lee Cook of Russell Springs, Kentucky, who passed away on March 28, 2023, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Luster Cook and Ada Fox Cook. He is survived by: his wife Stacie Cook; his children, Jacob Cook (Emily) and Zoye Cook (Joe); and his grandchildren, Piper Cook, Amy Mullins and Ryan Mullins. He is also survived by nieces and nephews that loved him dearly along with brothers and sisters-in-laws.
