He is survived by: his parents, Janice Blair of Russell Springs, KY and Gary (Lena Luttrell); his daughter Amber Curry (Steven) of Columbia, KY.; his grandchildren, Kolton, Ayden, Azlynn, Reagan, Hunter and London; and his close friend Dena Pittman. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
