It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kay Stephens of Russell Springs, Kentucky, who passed away on November 1, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Donald Thomas; and her siblings, Larry Joe Thomas, Donald Leon Thomas, Celia Dale Thomas and Linda Sue Thomas.
She is survived by: her mother Alberta Thomas (Foley) of Russell Springs, KY; her spouse Hollis Stephens (Cee) of Russell Springs, KY.; her children, Pam (Randy Stephens-Stargle) of Russell Springs, KY, Danny (Lori Stephens) of Russell Springs, KY and Torry Ryder of Russell Springs, KY; and her sisters, Donita Stephens of Jamestown, KY, Teresa Coffey of Anderson, IN, Joyce Wheat of Russell Springs, KY, Rhonda Marples of Vero Beach, FL, Mickey Pennington of Jamestown, KY, Karen Marples of Liberty, KY and Kerri Barnes of Russell Springs, KY.. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 4:30 PM and on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 at 8:00 AM at the Bernard Ridge Church of God (170 Stephens Ridge Rd, Russell Springs, KY 42642). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
