She is survived by: her parents, Rafe Scruggs and Caleigh Kerns; her grandparents, Matt, Keri Kerns of Russell Springs, KY and Vanessa Scruggs of Russellville, KY; her great-grandparents, Joe Kerns of Russell Springs, KY, JoAnn Ooten of Russell Springs, KY and Gary McFarland (Janie) of Russell Springs, KY; and her aunts and uncles, Kennedy McFarland, Kyle McFarland, Brandi Scruggs and Jeffrey Rogers.
