He was predeceased by: his father John W. Osborne. He is survived by: his mother Brenda Wilson (Wesley) of Jamestown, KY; his stepmother Peggy Osborne of Morehead, KY; and his brother James Osborne (Shannon) of Russell Springs, KY.. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
