She was predeceased by: her parents, Refus Dowell and Ada Mae Coffey Gentry; and her siblings, Jerry "Can-Man" Gentry, Eldon "Peanut" Gentry, Wanda Rhoten and Ella Johnson.
She is survived by: her sons, Jerry Shaw of Russell Springs and Randall Shaw of Russell Springs; her sister Judy Campbell of Columbia; and her granddaughters, Ryann Lilith Shaw and Briar LeAnn Shaw.
